We have an immediate opening for a paid, part-time bookkeeper (approx. 30 hours a month) with a focus on using QuickBooks Online, interfacing with our Artisan POS system.
3 to 5 years of professional bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online is required, applicant must be accuracy and detail oriented. Most work can be done remotely with weekly visits to the gallery to prepare bank deposits, run reports, drop off/issue monthly sales/operating expense checks. Ideal candidate would live in or near Auburn.
