Our own Patty Pieropan Dong is offering children and adult classes and workshops this summer!  Her summer student art workshops will be held June 12-23 and June 26-July 7 for students aged 6 and up.  Students can learn drawing and painting skills, or experience art techniques from around the world.

For adults, Patty is offering a getaway workshop in Salmon Creek on July 22- 23.  The emphasis will be painting coastal vistas!

The Auburn Old Town Gallery is thrilled to present our May Show: “Mind Your Metal”!  Our talented metal artists will be showing off their steely wares, from jewelry, to sculptures, to repurposed gears!

Auburn Old Town Gallery artist, Sandy Lindblad won a merit award for “The Collaboration” at the Sierra Pastel Society Annual Membership show at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center!  This pastel painting may still be available at the gallery, as well as prints and cards with this image.  Come to the gallery and see more of Sandy’s wonderful animal protraits!

Our own Sandy Delehanty was invited to show three pieces in a fund ra iser for the Sacramento Zoo at Archival Art Gallery in Sacramento, 3223 Folsom Blvd. The show is up until the end of the March and the proceeds go to the zoo.  Here is one of her pieces titled “HOT LIPS”.  Prints and cards with this image are available at our Auburn Old Town Gallery.  If you can’t make it to the show, stop in and check out Sandy’s wonderful artwork!
