Suzanne Hambleton‘s photographic education started in high school in upstate New York and continues every day. She migrated to California almost 40 years ago. Suzanne has travelled through several photographic genres. Most of her recent work has been created in her studio locally, primarily seasonal still life, including food, beverages, and floral photographic art, with some commercial work as well. She also ventures outside occasionally to explore & photograph the natural world.
Suzanne has photographed events and displays for the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento. Her images have also been shown at the Viewpoint Photographic Arts Center, the Crocker Art Museum, the Lodi Community Arts Center, the Sacramento Fine Arts Center, and have appeared in the Sacramento Bee.
She continues to learn new techniques though her various photography memberships, including: Nevada County Camera Club, Professional Photographers of Sacramento Valley (PPSV), Professional Photographers of California (PPC), Oregon Professional Photographers Association (OPPA), and Professional Photographers of America (PPA)
